COVID-19 Client Update

Updated as of 4/23/2025

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, many standardized tests, such as the SAT, ACT, ISEE and others have become optional, which means developing a new plan of action for our clients, especially those who are applying for admissions.

Our staff and directors remain 100% available to support your needs

Our office continues to be open, and all of our staff have been set up to work remotely from home and are available via phone and email as usual. We remain available to schedule consultations over the phone, via Zoom/teleconferencing, and answer any questions you may have.

Tutoring sessions will be conducted online by default. Some tutors are available for in-person tutoring based on availability and location.

All virtual tutoring sessions remain 1-on-1 and live. We have offered online tutoring for over 9 years and we have streamlined our process even further enhance your experience. With online tutoring sessions, we can handpick tutors without the constraints of geography and travel time. This ensures that we will connect you with the best tutor possible for any subject you require. For those clients who prefer in-person tutoring, we have a limited number of tutors who are available to meet in-person with the following safety precautions in place: 1) all parties must be symptom free prior to the tutoring session, and 2) any parties who have tested positive for COVID-19 must be asymptomatic and fever free for 24 hours.

All in-office proctored tests have been postponed

We can provide a digital copy of the test along with self-proctoring instructions for students who sign up for a diagnostic exam.
